    At EyanDy Phlebotomy Services, we provide professional mobile collection for functional medicine and specialty lab kits.

    Standard specialty kit: $75

    Additional kits (same visit): $40 each

    Centrifuge (if required): $15

Mobile Travel Fee

We provide convenient mobile blood draw and specimen collection services that include both travel and professional collection. Mileage is calculated round-trip from our base location.

Service fees based on distance:

$25 for 0–10 miles

$45 for 11–20 miles

$65 for 21–30 miles

For distances over 30 miles, the fee is $65 plus $1.25 for additional mile. Travel fees are separate from laboratory fees.
