Mobile Phlebotomy Travel & Collection Fees

All mobile blood draw and specimen collection services include travel and professional collection.
Mileage is calculated round-trip from our base location to the client’s location.

0 – 10 miles $25 mobile fee

11 – 20 miles $45 mobile fee

21 – 30 miles $65 mobile fee

30+ miles $65 + $1.25 per additional mile

Discounts available for groups of 5 or more employees at the same location
‍ ‍After-hours or weekend service available ($35)
